This multi-lingual, multi-user program and its companion (Crypto Distributor) are parts of a crypto-system based on well published asymmetric public key and symmetric key crypto-algorithms (such as RSA and advanced encryption standard AES). It is the first embodiment of our next generation declarative cryptographic key, access right and digital source distribution and management technology. This program realizes the following functionalities:

• It can be used as a secure file/message encryptor or decryptor both on your local computer and in passing through the internet.It allows the public key authentication of the author, encryptor (sender) and intended list of receivers so that you can build your own virtual private network (VPN) over the public internet easily. 
• The present version of the program has an email messaging subsystem to realize some of its network functionalities. Other such kind of messaging components can be plugged into the program with little efforts in the future. They enable the user to send securely signed and encrypted-mail messages, exchange key certificates, order key sources,  (in the PRO or LAN edition) distribute digital products (media, software and data) and acquire access rights to crypto packed/formatted digital products described in the following. There is a graphic user interface enhancing viewer (browser) for the secured message that contains digitally signed (not necessarily by the same  author) sections in the PRO or LAN edition of the program. The message sent to the viewer is XML formatted so that the style of the message display can be redesigned against the default one provided.
• It has a launcher for crypto-packed programs, which are generated using its companion program, usually downloaded from websites of developers. The programs packed in such a way are digitally signed by the developer/producer/quality examiner and can only be accessed (run) after obtaining an user authentication token. This allows the protection of both your rights and security. Your security is protected since some of the computer virus designed to modifying executables in order to function has no place in programs packed in this way, they are detectable and their intentioned functionalities dismantled in the crypto-processing.
• The crypto-gateway server and the specially tailored browser that come with the PRO or LAN (local area network) edition of the program enables an user to browse, in real-time (or "on the fly"), crypto-formatted contents of a website after he/she obtains access tokens for the contents using either a stand alone computer connected to the internet or from a computer inside of a LAN. Such digital contents can be HTML based web pages of online literature, scientific/ technical books/articles, manuals, textbooks, etc.. There is no fundamental obstacle to handle other forms of digital media, such as stream voice (including music) or video distributed via protocols different from HTTP using our gateway. Such abilities will be included in some future versions of the system. The access rights for some of the crypto-formatted contents on a  websites can be borrowed/leased or transferred from one user to another using e-mail. The production of these kinds of digital contents is done using the above mentioned companion program of this one.
